Urban Heating in Yvelines — 15 Cabinets Protected

A hot water production plant, part of an urban heating network in Île-de-France, contacted us to protect its electrical installations.

On this type of site, an electrical fire can durably shut down one or more boilers, as well as the heat exchangers. This degrades the network's service quality and jeopardizes the operator's commitments to its subscribers.

We intervened outside the heating season to avoid disrupting distribution. In total, 15 electrical cabinets were equipped.

Over the two years of operation that followed, in a hot and high-risk environment, two Reflexofeu systems activated. They extinguished two fire outbreaks at the source, inside the cabinets, before any spread to the boiler room, ensuring continuity of energy production.
